Q: Are estimates free?                                                                                               A: Yes, we service the Chicagoland area usually within 2 business days.

Q: Will updating soffits help decrease the amount of ice formed at the edge of the roof where it meets the gutters?                                                                             A: Yes, also known as ice damming, an updated system with new ventilation will help correct this situation  providing a longer life to your existing roof. 

Q: Will the value of my home increase?                                                                 A: Yes, (Approx 85% return on your investment)  The majority of new homes are using maintenance free siding and soffit systems.

Q: How will I know if the windows I am purchasing are eligible for current tax incentives?                                                                                                             A: Ask to see window labels prior to purchase.  A U Factor of .30 or less qualifies.  On the date of install, make sure the labels are left on the window for proof.

Q: Are you insured?                                                                                                 A: Fully insured and bonded, public liability and workman’s compensation for our employees.

Q: Will I need a permit?                                                                                         A: Local code ordinances vary and permits are usually required.  In some cases proof of insurance is only necessary.  We will keep you informed of what requirements are needed.
